SCOTTY McCREERY APPEARS ON “CELEBRITY FAMILY FEUD”

Monday, August 6, 2018 - 9:15am

Sunday, Aug. 5, country music singer/songwriter Scotty McCreery shared the spotlight with his family on ABC’s “Celebrity Family Feud.” Together, the team won $25,000 for St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.

“My family and I were honored to play ‘Celebrity Family Feud’ on behalf of St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital,” said McCreery. “St. Jude provides innovative medical treatments for kids with catastrophic diseases, and they do it for free. I’ve visited the hospital and met some of the patients. It is truly a place of healing.”

Scotty was joined by his wife, Gabi Dugal McCreery; father-in-law, Merrick (Tre) Dugal III; father, Mike McCreery; and grandmother, Paquita McCreery. Facing off against Chris Kattan of “Saturday Night Live” and his family, Team McCreery provided hilarious answers and made memories together with host, Steve Harvey.

The episode was taped in the Spring prior to McCreery and Dugal’s June wedding. The couple invited fans into their special day, debuting the music video for his current single “This Is It” in partnership with The Knot. The song is the second single off of McCreery’s 2018 album, Seasons Change, and the highly-anticipated follow up to his RIAA-certified Platinum No. 1 single “Five More Minutes.” The video received more than two million views in its first 11 days of release.
