On the heels of signing with Verge Records and releasing “Solid Gold,” a track American Songwriter calls a “melodic masterpiece of a song,” Chuck Wicks returns with “Old With You.” The new track wasn’t the only special delivery for the singer/songwriter last week. On December 4, Wicks and wife Kasi also welcomed baby boy Tucker Elliott to their family. People was first to report the new addition.
"Kasi and I are beside ourselves. The IVF process is an extremely emotional one and so many many tears were shed of joy and love when Tucker arrived into the world healthy and perfect," Wicks shared with
People following Tucker’s birth. "We can't wait to shower him with love every single day. Also... Kasi is a rockstar!"
Wicks’ personal and reflective track is available everywhere now. Listen to “Old With You”

Wicks teased the song early last week on social media sharing, “I hope it makes you feel how important it is to have love in your life and when you find the one that is the one…to not let them go and to treat them like tomorrow isn’t coming. Because really we only have today.”
From getting married to wife Kasi, to the birth of Tucker, the last year has been filled with life changes and challenges for the singer/songwriter and media personality. The newlyweds candidly shared Wick’s male infertility struggle with
People Magazine earlier this year. But whether in front of the camera or interviewing country music’s biggest stars, one thing has remained constant for Wicks all these years, his love of country music.
It was his reverence for the format and love for wife Kasi that inspired the “Stealing Cinderella” singer’s latest track, “Old With You.” Written by Wicks with Seth Ennis and Joe Fox and produced by Jimmy Ritchey, the heartfelt song reflects on the good fortune to grow old with the one you love.
What did I ever do to be the one holding you
Spinning you all around in white
And baby what did you see
In a guy like me when I bought you that drink that night
Don’t know how, but somehow
Now I’m the luckiest guy in the room
Cause I’m the one who gets to get old with you
Wicks has found success across the entertainment industry, including as a songwriter (cuts by Jason Aldean/Frankie Ballard), as a co-host of a Nationally Syndicated radio show -- earning two Academy of Country Music Award nominations for National On-Air Personality of the Year-- and multiple television appearances, including as a guest star on ABC’s hit series Nashville and as a celebrity contestant on ABC’s Dancing with the Stars. A former college baseball player, sportsman and outdoor enthusiast, Wicks  was one of only 11 athletes chosen from around the world to be featured on Season 2 of NBC Sports’ “IRONMAN: Quest For Kona” and was featured on Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation’s “RMEF Team Elk” series on the Outdoor Channel.
“Old With You” and “Solid Gold” are fan’s first taste of new music in over two years from Wicks, who has been writing and back in the recording studio. Wicks can also be heard every Monday and Thursday with fresh episodes of his new iHeart podcast “Talk to Chuck.” For the latest news and more information, visit and follow on FacebookInstagram and Twitter.
