LOS ANGELES, Calif. - Comedian, actor and father of two Sebastian Maniscalco and Los Angeles pediatrician Dr. Scott Cohen team up for a hilarious new podcast, “Daddy vs. Doctor” where the pair talk with parents around the world each week to shed light and laughter on the often difficult task of raising a family.

Presented by Audioboom and launching this month with celebrity guests Meghan Trainor and Amanda Seyfried in episode 1, “All About The Kids, No Trouble,” the project was inspired by the real-life family/doctor relationship and friendship shared by Sebastian and Dr. Scott and offers funny yet informative and relatable information on raising children.

“I’m the father that texts our kids’ pediatrician with every little question,” Maniscalco shares with his signature disdain, this time for his own behavior. “Which, if you know how I grew up, it’s the complete opposite of my childhood. I saw the doctor maybe once a year and now with two kids under three, I’m constantly worried. Fever? I go to worst case scenario, and this podcast is meant to bring a little levity to some serious learning curves from someone who’s been asked it all!”

“Our practice’s goal has always been for our offices to feel like an extension of our patient’s homes,” shares Dr. Cohen, who co-founded Beverly Hills Pediatrics in 2006. “What better way to further that mission than real questions from parent callers with some laughs along the way!”

Maniscalco continues his Nobody Does This tour through late 2022, with a new stop added for SNHU Arena in Manchester, NH on Dec. 4, 2022. Next year the always bothered comedian will bring Maniscalco: Live In Las Vegas 2023 to the Encore Theater at Wynn Las Vegas with 8 shows.  Tickets for his New Hampshire stop and Vegas shows go on-sale to the public on Friday, Oct. 14 at 10am local at TicketMaster.com.
